ALL POTENTIAL VENDORS
Thanks for your interest in Vending at the 2025 Soca At Sunrise in Baltimore MD. Please note our policies below:
1. You should have:
a. Food Handlers Certificate
b. We highly encourage imaginative booth designs, flags, banners, quality merchandise, etc.
c. A well-maintained, safe area.
d. Courteous, friendly, staff, and an attractive and professional looking booth and display.
e. Vendors must also bring their own tents.
2. Soca At Sunrise will provide
a. The vending space requested
b. (4) Vendor Passes: Additional Vendors Passes will be available to purchase at a discounted
price (maximum of 3 additional vendors passes) allowed.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY WITHIN THE SPACE THEY ARE ASSIGNED
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION:
a. Food Vendors are prohibited from bringing glass bottles, selling bottled water, selling juices and selling
alcoholic or infused beverages. Food Vendor can sell their own home-made juices.
b. All Vendors cooking or using a generator must have one fire extinguisher per booth. No propane
lanterns allowed.
c. Art and Craft Vendors are prohibited from selling any type of beverages, water, CDs/DVDs, any type of
edible products.
d. All equipment used in operating a booth during the event will be the responsibility of the vendor.
Vendors are required to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lights power strips, generators if applicable; as these will not be provided by the organizers of Soca At Sunrise. Vendors are also
responsible for maintaining and removing booth materials, leftovers and trash. Please leave your area as clean as it was when you arrived.
SET-UP/BREAK DOWN:
Please show up on time for load in or you will not be able to set up. You WILL NOT be able to set up
before the time listed below! Booth must be completely set up, open and ready for business when the
gates open at 10:00 am, remain set up and open until the last band finishes and the crowd leaves. No
early breakdown or late setup will be allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
LOAD IN:
All vendors must unload between 5:00am to 9:00 am. Access to the venue starts at 5:00 a.m. on the
event day. All vehicles must be parked and off the premises/grass or loading area by 9:00 a.m. and
RE-ENTRY will be RESTRICTED.
FOOD TRUCKS:
The following parking will be permitted in the venue, however, please note that it is limited:
FOOD TRUCKS will be ALLOWED to park 1 (ONE) VEHICLE in the designated Food Truck area during
festival hours. All paid and accepted vendors agree to operate and adequately staff a booth during the
festival during the hours of: 10:00 am until 3:00pm.
RULES:
a. Absolutely NO open fire is allowed or close to flammable objects.
b. No weapons of any kind will be allowed on the premises.
c. No sharing of booths will be permitted.
d. No selling of ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, WATER, BOTTLED BEVERAGES are permitted (if found these
items will be confiscated and could result in your removal from the festival.
e. There will be no cancellations or refunds after July 7th. If a cancellation should occur prior to
July 7th your payment will be returned minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee.
